​​Homewood-based nonprofit, the College Choice Foundation, is hosting its ninth annual shindig benefitting high-achieving, underserved students in and around the city of Birmingham. The event will feature live performances by The Onlys, vittles courtesy of Urban Cookhouse and two “brews” per ticket from Good People Brewing Company. Homewood Summer Camps

Homewood Parks and Recreation will host its annual summer day camp this month and next, inviting rising first through sixth grade students in Homewood to participate in both traditional and unconventional sports, games and activities, swimming, field trips, arts and crafts and more. Extra childcare is available for an added cost per camper from 8-10 a.m. and 3-5:15 p.m. each day. To learn more, visit here

Disney Kids Show: 101 Dalmatians Production Camp

Rising kindergarten through sixth grade students are invited to participate in the Homewood Theatre’s newest kids camp, 101 Dalmatians! Based on the classic Disney movie, this camp will teach basic theater techniques to campers, who, at the end of the camp session, will perform for an audience.
